立式水轮发电机组垂直振动的分析及处理

摘要: 水轮发电机组振动原因复杂,相对于水平振动而言,机组的垂直振动破坏性更大、原因更复杂。通过对某水电厂机组垂直振动的分析,排除了机械振动、电磁振动,对水力振动的分析与验证,确认垂直振动源来自于A、B腔压力脉动,经调整上下梳齿、上下止漏环间隙值及同心度,机组各类工况下振动值均较以前降低,半年多的运行情况良好。

Analysis and Treatment of Vertical Vibration of Vertical Hydro-turbine Generator Units

Abstract: The vibration of hydro-turbine generator units is usually of complicated reasons.While the vertical vibration of the units is of much more destructiveness and more complex causes.The abnormal vertical vibration of the generator unit in a hydropower station is analyzed.It is found that the vibration is not mechanical or electro-magnetic.In-depth analysis on the hydraulic vibration shows that it is due to the pressure fluctuation in A and B cavities.Then,the upper and lower comb teeth,and the clearance and concentricity of the upper and lower sealing rings are adjusted properly.With the treatment,the vibration of the unit under various working conditions is much lower and the unit operates well for more than half a year.
